What are the Buzz Boxes about?

You'll love the incredible varieties of jewelry and accessories we provide in our styled monthly boxes, 12 new styles each month. Choose between the Bronze Box (3 Items: $39.95), Silver Box (3-5 Items: $59.95), Gold Box (3-6 Items: $69.95). Find out more on our How it Works Page!

What will I receive in my Buzz Box?

3-6 Sterling Silver and Fashion Jewelry items depending on which box package. You also receive member discounts, bonus items/ features, exclusive sneak peaks, and more!

Can I choose my own box?

Yes! Visit our Build A Box Page to select from a variety of beautiful jewelry and accessories. Pick your package, Select Your Style, and Choose your Jewels!

When do I get my box?

If you choose our FREE standard shipping within the US, processing generally takes 1-3 business days and shipping within 6-10 business days but sometimes even sooner, Gold Boxes usually are shipped priority and are at your within a week. You can choose priority shipping for $10 and is shipped in 2-3 Days. If you choose to save on our 3-12 Month subscriptions you will receive your next month's box 3-4 weeks after from the day of purchase.

When will I be billed for my box?

Currently at this time we DO NOT do reacquiring charges to your account, you control when you purchase your boxes. If you purchase 3-12 Month packages you will be charged a discounted total amount for how many months you want. 

Can I change my style of box?

Once you decide which box style you want to purchase, if you purchase the 3 month, 6 month, or 12 Month box package your monthly boxes will automatically be determined based on your style. If you would like to change your box style just go to your Showroom/Profile page and click the edit icon and in the About Me section type which style you want. You will also receive an email a week before your next shipment allowing you to select a different box!

 

What if items in my Buzz Box arrive broken?

If you open your box and items are broken contact us immediately and we will provide you with a free return shipping label and once we get the broken item box back we will immediately ship out a new box. You can email us at info@jewelrybuzzbox.com or by phone at 1-800-BOX-BUZZ (269-2899).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Because we offer such a value and preselect items based on your style we do not offer canceling the 3, 6, 12 month packages.

REWARDS PROGRAM

How do I get rewards for the purchases I make?

You can collect rewards based on points you earn from purchases, referrals, reviews, and even sharing photos of your purchases. Each dollar spent is equal to one point. Once you earn enough points you can apply them to rewards for future purchases.

How many points do I need and what do I get?

Do my Loyalty points expire?

You have 2 years to use your points from the date of your last purchase or referral.

Do I get points for inviting friends?

Yep you get 400 points when you invite a friend and they make a purchase!

What kind of jewelry can I purchase?

We pride ourselves on providing quality jewelry at an affordable price. We have high-end Sterling Silver with the best cubic zirconium and most of our silver pieces are made in the USA. Our beautiful fashion jewelry is comprise of base metals such as brass, bronze, silver, and gold. If you have questions about any of our jewelry or accessory items feel free to Contact Us.

Do you repair jewelry I purchased from your site?

Yes! If you have an issue within the first 30 days of purchase send it back and we'll repair or replace it free of charge* If you need a repair after 30 days Contact Us with the details of the jewelry needing repairs and we evaluate costs based on the amount of work needed.

*Please note the 30 day repair/exchange is based on general wear, we have the right to decide not to repair or replace if the item is beyond the cost of the item or neglectful use/abuse. (Examples: Stepped on jewelry, extremely bent or broken jewelry, you wore it in the pool all day and left it in the sun, you got in a fight with someone and threw it) Love your bling and treat it kindly :-)

Do you do custom jewelry?

Of Course! If you want your jewelry dream to become reality CONTACT US immediately! We do custom jewelry most metals including Gold, Silver, and Bronze. We also work with diamonds, precious, and semi-precious gemstones. Just let us know the details of your project and provide any images or drawings to receive a custom quote.  Here a just a few examples of work done in the past:

What payment methods do you accept?

Jewelry Buzz Box accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover). You are also able to pay through Paypal.

Is my information secure?
Jewelry Buzz Box takes all of your information very seriously that's why we take extra percautions to secure all sensitive information. Our SSL lock during checkout allows you to shop freely without worrying about your information being tampered with. Also Shopify and Paypal add extra security to all orders. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes we do! Here are the rates for international shipping:

Canada Priority International (6-10 Business Days)-$18
Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, Russia, All Other Countries:
USPS Priority International (6-10 Business Days)-$25

How do I track my package?

Once we ship your package you will automatically be emailed with your tracking number and link to see where you package is.

How do you ship the jewelry?

We carefully package out beautiful boxes and usually ship them through USPS and occasionally Fed-Ex, and UPS for express shipments.

Can you ship a package as a gift?

Absolutely just click the "Send A Gift" button on the product page or at check out or go to the Gift Page and choose a loved one. You can create a custom card, add their address, and even upload a photo! Don't know their address? That's ok you can email the card to your friend and they will be able to input their own address!

Do you gift wrap?

Perfect packaging is our motto, we always ship in our brilliant unique boxes but if you are looking for something even more fancy let us know! If you would like a specialized box or extra details email us with your request and we can modify your order.

Can I rush my order?

Yep! Just select Express Shipping at checkout and it will be there in 1-2 Business Days!
